Challenge

I needed to design and coordinate an industry-leading event that would engage the plastics molding community, drive high-quality speaker participation, and strengthen Beaumont's reputation as a thought leader.

Approach

  • Developed the event’s visual identity—designed final logo concepts, signage, digital collateral, and themed presentation slide decks for speakers.
  • Created and managed all outreach:
    • Crafted and sent a branded mass invitation email to 9,092+ contacts via Hubspot (Call for Speakers campaign).
    • Achieved a 99.6% email delivery rate, with a standout 60.4% of recipients reading the invitation.
    • Updated the event landing page with new branding and a prominent call for speakers.
  • Coordinated all on-site logistics on event day, covering guest sign-in, stage management (microphone/speaker), food, and venue arrangements—ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Designed a half-page event ad for Plastics Business Magazine (Q3 issue) to highlight Beaumont’s ongoing industry leadership.

Beaumont at NPE 2024 will be located at Booth W3389 and offer numerous booth features and speakers throughout the entire week.

Results

  • Drove campaign engagement and awareness through multi-channel promotion:
      • : 712 impressions, 35 engagements
    • Exceeded open and read rates for event invitations, maximizing speaker and attendee visibility.
    • Achieved goal of attracting 10–12 quality speakers for the session.
    • Reinforced Beaumont’s brand presence via magazine ad, digital channels, and cohesive event theming.
