Challenge

The challenge was making the company's Mission Statement and Quality Policy accessible and visible throughout the facility. I needed to design professional signage that would communicate this information clearly across multiple key areas, so both employees and visitors could see and understand the company's values and quality standards at a glance.

Approach

  • Collaborated closely with Quality Manager at the company, to ensure messaging and design aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Designed signage in two custom dimensions to fit specific facility locations:
    • 43"x32" signs
    • 36"x18" signs
  • Coordinated the approval process with company directors to finalize design specifications.
  • Sourced quotes from multiple printing companies, comparing quality, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Managed the order, delivery, and handoff process to the Quality Manager for installation.

Results

  • Successfully delivered high-quality, professionally designed signage that enhanced workplace communication and reinforced BAP's commitment to quality and mission clarity.
  • Streamlined the procurement process through effective vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
